The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order ("Order Confirmation" - Pending Status). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to verification, confirmation, and acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance via email(s) with the status of your order (Order Status Updates - Pending, Processing, Processed, and Shipped ). The acceptance of your order will only be for those products specific to the “Order Confirmation”. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. When you reach out within 30 days of placing your order, we’ll issue a refund or send you a replacement item—your choice. Please view the Domestic and International Guarantee specifications below to learn more. Be advised that all orders will be reviewed and a return may be required before compensation can be processed. To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice number from, or other proof of purchase directly from HealthVape.


Domestically Shipped Orders (USA)

Product Satisfaction

In the event that a domestic customer is unsatisfied with their item(s) and reaches out within 30 days of the original purchase date, they shall have the option to receive either a refund (excluding the original shipping cost) or one (1) replacement order of equal value to the original. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Should a customer choose to receive a replacement order, they cannot later request a refund for the original order, as each order will only be compensated one (1) time. 

Missing Orders/Product

In the event that a customer does not receive an order placed on and shipped domestically, HealthVape will either reship or refund the order. If an order does not arrive within fourteen (14) USPS working days after the order was shipped, the customer must notify HealthVape within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for compensation. HealthVape will compensate—either by refund or reshipment—customers only once (1) per order. Please note: HealthVape will not compensate customers for orders not received after the second attempt to ship. 

In the event that an item(s) was missing from a domestically shipped order, and we are informed within 30 days of purchase, the customer shall be sent the missing item(s) or be refunded the price of the item(s). 

Defective Product

In the event that a customer receives a defective item(s) in a domestically shipped order and reaches out within 30 days of the original purchase date, the customer shall have the option to receive either a full refund , or one (1) replacement order including an item(s) of equal value to the original. Return shipping costs shall be paid by the customer. Please note: customers will only be compensated once (1) per original order.


Internationally Shipped Orders

Product Satisfaction

In the event that a customer is unsatisfied with their item(s) and reaches out within 30 days of the original purchase date, they shall be offered a refund (excluding the original shipping cost). Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. 

Missing Orders/Product

Customers who elect international shipping for a order but do not receive the order are eligible to receive a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost). When an order does not arrive within 21 business days of the ship date and the customer notifies HealthVape within 30 days of the original purchase date, they qualify for a refund. No reshipments will be attempted for international orders. In the event that an item(s) is missing from an internationally shipped order, and we are informed within 30 days of purchase, the customer may elect to receive a refund for the missing item(s) or store credit for the price of the item(s). Customers will be compensated one (1) time only per order. Therefore, refunds will not be issued following a store credit. Customers shipping items outside of the US are encouraged to order from a HealthVape international distributor. 

Defective Product

In the event that a defective item is received in an internationally shipped order and the customer contacts HealthVape within 30 days of the original purchase date, the customer shall have the option of receiving a full refund for the item(s) or store credit for the price of the item(s). Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, as HealthVape is unable to generate international return shipping labels. HealthVape does not assume responsibility for damages to packages shipped overseas. Customers will be compensated one (1) time only per order. Therefore, refunds will not be issued following a replacement.

All refunds are processed in US dollars using the original method of payment and can only be processed once. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected on your statement. In lieu of a refund, you may request a store credit for purchases made on


We usually ship within 24 business hours of receiving your order and always within 48 business hours of receiving your order. Please allow extra time for fulfillment on weekends and holidays. Transit time from that point is determined by the method of delivery chosen at checkout. *ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME at checkout refers to AFTER the package is received by USPS, and is subject to delays beyond our control/not guaranteed.

Late or missing refunds

If a refund does not reflect on your account in 3-5 business days, contact your credit card company or financial institution. It may take some time before your refund to be processed and posted. If the refund is still outstanding after contacting your credit card vendor and/or financial institution and waiting the allotted time for a refund to reflect on your account, please contact us at



Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. The Site may contain a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.

On very rare occasions, you may receive a shipping confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available in our inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.



The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages. In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has “shipped”, marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. Upon satisfying and completion of the agreed to requirements, verification, confirmation, and/or acceptance process by your order will be fulfilled, shipped , and delivered by the date set forth in the shipping confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date the shipped confirmation email is sent, which could in some circumstances ( i.e. delays or errors caused by the carrier, delays by foreign customs agencies and postal services, or for any reasons outside of our control ) be longer than 30 days.
